Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Spring Diorr Digital, we aim to provide quality electronics and excellent service. Below is our return and cancellation policy.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and customers must follow the return process.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
- Defective/Damaged Products: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (photos/videos) is required.
- Wrong Item Received: Customers must report within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange.
- Change of Mind: Returns for unopened items may be accepted within 7 days, but return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
- Opened software, digital downloads, or gift cards.
4. Return Process

- Upon approval, ship the item back using the provided instructions.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
